The room was very clean, the furniture was a bit worn out but nothing serious, no tears, rips or holes. The TV had good channeling and the wifi was good. The staff was extremely helpful. I didn't attend the free breakfast but the parking was easy and right outside the door. It's close to many things you might need, shopping, dining and lots of attractions. I will definitely stay there again.

I drive across state 2-4 times a year and I always stop at this hotel for an overnight stay ( a break from my brothers and a break for myself before home with my wonderful husband ( 40 yrs together) but the gentleman that works behind the counter, there’s two I see. But they are always so very polite so very understanding and make me feel safe there and out with any kind of situation or anything I need. I always feel welcome to here. They have a wonderful breakfast. It’s very clean in the lobby and everything the rooms are clean but as some places are some need to be a little updated but that doesn’t bother me. I highly recommend if you’re going through Saint James I need a place to crash. Try this place out and they have a very nice swimming pool in there and the ladies I have ran into our very nice there too. I stay there a few times a year.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside, it didn't look like anything special, but it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The check-in process was quick, easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which immediately made for a positive stay. Everything appeared to be in good condition, and I had no issues during my visit. The complimentary breakfast was also quite good, with a nice variety of options and fresh food. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more grab-and-go items for guests who need to get on the road early or don't have time to sit down for breakfast. Overall, this hotel was much better than it initially appeared, and I would definitely stay here again. Great value, clean accommodations, and excellent service!

The front desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly he checked with me multiple times during my stay to make sure things were ok with everything, good location and dog friendly, room was clean and parking was in front of my door and the parking was well lite and secure, gas stations and food all around the property, breakfast had hot food and has what I needed.

At the low price, I expected something kinda ratty. Pleasantly surprised by a clean and comfy room. It may have been recently refurbisheded. My room was large, with king sized bed, desk and rolling chair, easy chair and ottoman, and a long dresser holding a long HDTV. They even had a card with all the TV options listed, which is rare. AC worked fine on low fan speed, and was quiet. Shower was new and had good pressure. Only drawbacks: no coffee maker and no fridge, But breakfast was 6:30 am and I made do.
