Perhaps it was because we were there prior to high season (June 1~2) that the outside area wasn’t clean, the bar wasn’t open, the pool towels weren’t provided without hunting them down from the front desk. Otherwise the breakfast was nice and the apartments were very nice, clean and large.

Great option for accommodation the night before our charter from Marina Frappa. The room was spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and breakfast were lovely. My only (small) complaints were that we had some ants in the room and that there were not any elevators to our room which was challenging with large luggage.

The hotel is nicely situated by a shingle beach, with several swimming pools to choose from. It's a pleasant half hour level walk into Rogoznica, which is worth doing. The less than good issue was that the air con in our allotted room was not working so we raised this with reception ; when we came back later they said it had been fixed, but this was not true. They then had to check the a/c in 3 other rooms before finding one that worked so we could move ourselves . . . and I don't recall hearing anything even close to an apology

We loved our stay at Hotel Perla. The staff was amazing and the property was very nice, relaxing and not overcrowded with visitors. Not to mention, the beach is only about 25 yards from the hotel (with a beach bar only 15 yards from the hotel). The only challenge we encountered (as Americans) was the limitations of the Air Conditioning system in our room. As we have experienced several times in Europe, their AC systems are set up to cool to about 75-78 degrees. Even with the help/efforts from the staff, our room only got to about 75 (at the coolest). That said, we survived. I must mention that the staff was super kind and other amenities of the Hotel made up for the AC’s shortcomings… Oh, the food at Hotel Perla was excellent, best Italian food I’ve had in the region (sorry Italy)! Thank you Hotel Perla, y’all were amazing! Now, it’s back to Texas;-) David

We stayed on the brand new floor that had just opened so there are still a few kinks to work out and items to be placed in some of the rooms (hair dryer etc). The staff went above and beyond to be helpful with the hotel itself and local recommendations. The furniture is a bit “funky/retro”. The location of the hotel is very convenient to drive to other places. The water is very clear and there are many beach areas nearby. Lots of resturants nearby too but parking is a bit tough.

Belle étape d’une nuit dans cet hôtel dont les chambres ont été refaites à neuf, bien que des finitions doivent être finalisées. Belle vue depuis notre chambre. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec un choix varié. Toutefois, la literie mérite d’être remplacée, les lits sont usagés et les matelas sont usés et s’affaissent. Bon emplacement proche de Primosten.

Leider keine 4-Sterne-Erfahrung Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Perla in Rogoznica war leider von zahlreichen Mängeln geprägt. Für ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Unsere Kritikpunkte: * Sauberkeit: Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Die entsprechenden Fotos dokumentieren den Zustand. * Bett: Das uns angebotene Notbett wurde als „Queensize-Bett“ bezeichnet. Für uns war es eindeutig kein angemessenes Bett für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt entspricht auch nicht den Fotos auf der Homepage * Auf unser Drängen erholten wir ein anderes Zimmer-der Buchung im Kern entsprechend hierbei aber zerrissene Tapeten, Türschloss wurde nur notdürftig repariert (siehe Foto unsererseits V.a. Gewaltanwendung am Türschloss) * Zimmerreinigung: Trotz vorheriger Vereinbarung mit der Rezeptionistin fand keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung statt. Auch die Handtücher wurden erst auf Nachfrage gewechselt. * Stiegenaufgang: Der Stiegenaufgang wurde offenbar über mehrere Tage nicht gereinigt. Die Verlaufsfotos über drei Tage sprechen für sich. * Strandhandtücher: Strandhandtücher waren erst nach drei Tagen verfügbar. * Frühstück: Das Frühstück war chaotisch organisiert. Das Personal stand größtenteils gemeinsam herum, während sich die Gäste selbst um vieles kümmern mussten. Beispielsweise war kein Schwarztee vorhanden – auf Nachfrage hieß es lediglich, dass es keinen gebe. Bei rund 40 Tischen standen außerdem nur zwei Salzstreuer zur Verfügung. * Service: Ein freundliches Grüßen durch das Person

Guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen beim Service Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und auch das Apartment selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Ein negativer Punkt war allerdings die Reinigung: Das Apartment wurde während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts nur ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Auch die Handtücher wurden nicht automatisch gewechselt – wir mussten das Personal erst selbst darauf ansprechen, um frische Handtücher zu bekommen. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Die Auswahl war zwar nicht riesig, aber man hat immer etwas Gefunden. Für den Preis, den wir Anfang August gezahlt haben, war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt völlig angemessen. Die Preise für Essen im Hotel fanden wir jedoch etwas gehoben – zum Beispiel 18 Euro für Chicken Nuggets mit Pommes finden wir etwas zu teuer im Vergleich zur Stadt.

Uns wurde für 2 Nächte ein einfaches kleines Zimmer mit Bergblick ohne Balkon zur Verfügung gestellt, obwohl wir ein teureres Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon gebucht und gezahlt hatten. Unsere Reklamation wurde durch das Personal frech mit fadenscheiniger Behauptung abgelehnt. Auch ein Ausgleich wurde nicht angeboten. Aus unserer Sicht kam es einer Betrugsmasche gleich. Lob an Expedia, die sich mit in die Verhandlung eingebracht haben. Als wir endlich das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen hatten, war der Aufenthalt ganz gut.

Hotelzimmer, Apartment groß genug, Küche und Bad vorhanden, Bett steinhart, Abschfluss Bad stinkt, Schimmel in Dusche, Duschkopf hielt nicht und war komplett verkalkt, Kakerlaken in Küche und Bad, es wurde bei 10 Tagen nicht 1x geputzt oder Bettwäsche gewechselt, 1 Klima kaputt, 1 Abzug im Bad kaputt, Tapete ging herunter, Vorhang hing herunter, Rolladenkasten war kaputt und wurde nicht weggeräumt, Reinigungskraft hat nicht zugesperrt, einzig der Ausblick auf das Meer war schön Personal: Putzfrau hat uns angelogen, sehr junges Personal, oft etwas unbeholfen, Barmanagerin unfreundlich, gegrüßt hat niemand, Rezeptionistin und Manager schüttelten nur meinem Partner die Hand Bottom Line: wenigstens bekamen wir Geld zurück
