A good option to visit Roermond.

A good option for an overnight stay if you're visiting the town or the massive shopping outlet. You have to get the key from the main hotel next to the station but the room was nice and we had good nights sleep. Breakfast is in the main hotel and parking is a bit of a walk on the other side of the railway station but we'd definitely stay again.

Nice room poor service room in different building

Super unfriendly receptionist. Our room ended up in another building across the main road. Room itself was nice and quiet. Due to early start we ordered a breakfast to go. In the restaurant we were told there was an upcharge of 5 euros but when we ordered it later in the day the charge had been changed. Receptionist was totally ridged and refused to give us the lower quoted price.

Parking issue

Réception employee tôld me to get a code before leaving parking. I explained her i had to leave at 6. She said and repeat no problèm ok. But réception is closed at 6. So i have to pay parking despite it was included in thé réservation.

1st room had mould growing on ceiling dirty toilet after some effort room was changed for another disappointing room same dirty toilet which according to the manager all toilets are badly stained due to age . Terrible internet dropping out all the time . Stayed for or week floor was never cleaned . Overall very disappointing

Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar yardımcıydı. Kahvaltısı oldukça iyiydi. Portakal suyuna kadar her şey temiz ve tazeydi. Kahvaltıyı kaldığınız yerde değil diğer otelde yapıyorsunuz. Ama eksiklerde oldukça fazlaydı. Öncelikle giriş işlemleri için direkt olarak hotel roermonda gitmeniz gerekiyor next door bölümünde hiç kimse yok. Bu bilgi paylaşımı açıkca belirtilmemiş boşuna ilk önce next door bölümüne gitmeyin elinizde eşya ile uğraşmayın. Odada çay kahve olmasına rağmen 1 küçük şişe su bile yoktu. O kadar fiyata en azından su temin edilebilirdi. Oda ve otele giriş biraz ürkütücü. Ama otel güvenli bir konumda hemen çevresinde kafeler var. Yataklar asla rahat değil iki tek kişilik yatak birleştirilip üzerine incecik bir sünger koyulmuş yatak olarak. Klima düzgün çalışmıyordu gece üşüdük.
