Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pessima, non prenotare,non andate. Letto con lenzuola sporche, macchiate con capelli, peli e quant'altro potete immaginare... abbiamo trovato anche la bustina del preservativo usato. Bagno con cassetta dell'acqua rotta, che ci è rimasta in mano, aria condizionata inesistente, c'era un ventilatore tutto rotto e pieno di polvere. Per accendere il mini frigo bisognava portarlo in bagno. La scala per accedere alle stanze aveva un pezzo di corrimano rotto, rischiavi di finire di sotto. Telefonando al gestore, si rimpallava la palla con una signora che ci ha mandato un ragazzo senegalese molto gentile che cercava di rimediare, ma era impossibile ma anche visionando altre stanze erano tutte sulla stessa indecenza . Un vero schifo, non ci è mai mai mai successo!!!! SIAMO SCAPPATI SCHIFATI. Non potevamo dormire li'....Ho chiesto il rimborso della stanza già pagata ma il gestore ha concesso che mi fosse rimborsato solo il 50% della spesa!!!!
