“Ya que había reservado leí comentarios muy negativos con respecto al hotel así es que mis expectativas eran muy bajas pero debo decir que al menos mi habitación estaba muy limpia, amplia, bien mantenida, una vista hermosa, todo en cuanto a la habitación estuvo muy bueno! Por otro lado es verdad que la alfombra de pasillos y áreas comunes le vendría bien un cambio y el waterpark, al menos el hot tub podrían darle una mejorada, el baño del waterpark si podrían mejorar mucho las áreas. “Overall the experience at the cabin was good, unfortunately a couple of things prevent me to give a 5 star review: the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep in (too soft for our liking) and the shower creating a pond of water after using it. Other than that, the cabin had all the amenities to have a good experience”

“The place itself is great with lots of room and with a cozy vibe. Unfortunately the check in was not welcoming at all. I lost my credit cards in the mountains haha and the guy was like I am sorry I can’t do anything, leaving us without options, I had to call another friend to use his card ... Anyway we went to the room and it was pretty good but then we had to change the sheets because the were dirty and had hair on them. ”
