from the time we checked in the receptionist was polite and helpful. By morning woke up to something moving seen that the headboard had bedbugs and eggs. The front desk was notified and maintenance checked out room and took pictures just as well as i did. We were not accommodated only offered a room change. The pool was filled with bugs, the furniture was dirty and stained. The towels and washcloths were stained. The toilet sat low. The tub clogged up the water didn’t drain properly. The hotel experience wasn’t great for the three nights. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition the cost for the three night stay wasn’t cheap, I expected better quality room decor. I expected clean and tidy room with no dust balls under mattress. I expected the amenities such as pool to be inviting free from debris and bugs.

The room carpet needs better vacuuming, there were a lot of lady bugs up against the walls. There was no room clean up, which I don’t understand why that is industry standard nowadays to have to specifically request for room service. People pay more for less service. The gym was serviceable, but pretty dirty as well. There was still a $10 fee for breakfast. This place was okay, there are at least a good amount of restaurants in the same shopping complex as the hotel. They have free bottled water, warm cookies and coffee in the mornings.

I loved everything about my stay, but the check-in staff (Erica and the woman in training) were not very welcoming or trustworthy. However, the staff I interacted with during my stay and at check-out (Kendra and Melissa) were very kind and pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.
