The room was comfortable and did what I needed it for, we checked in late, which was communicated to the front desk, keys were waiting, had a early event, didn't do the free breakfast, asked for a late checkout was told if we were a member of some club, they could accommodate, but I wasn't, even though we lost most of one day because we checked in late, but overall everything was good. The room was clean, the bathroom had a Crack in the sink and the bathtub, nothing major.
