Clean room air conditioner very good condition. Front desk could have been better managed

Clean, beautiful property. I got the 2 bedroom deluxe condo and it was very spacious.

Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less nice and does not have a water park. Horrible business practice. I showed up to the hotel regardless and they advised they overbooked the hotel all the while letting other guest check in beside me. I was just “selected” to have my booking cancelled.

The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Great home base for going to Dollywood. Lots of food options and places to explore at the Island. Pool area was a great place to view fountain show at night!
