This was a great alternative to vising NYC. The train is right behind the hotel with direct access to Penn Station. Saved so much money not paying for a Manhattan hotel. Also there are so many great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Pros: The front desk was kind when we checked in and out. It felt clean. Cons: I did try to connect with the hotel during our stay, without hearing a response. Our cable kept going in and out, the phone to the front desk rang busy the entire night, the heating/cooling unit was constantly making noise through the night, at 8am a cart was being wheeled up and down the outer hall which was loud waking up customers which then led to someone screaming and swearing from their room for it to stop. Both my son and I barely slept. Hoping this was a one off, but it was a rough experience.
