As an art/music lover traveling from out of state I appreciated the well designed lobby and subtle music elements in my room. All folks working the lobby that I interacted with were very sweet and helpful. Loved the variety of food/snacks that were available as they did come in handy. Appreciated the housekeeping crew being very consistent with cleaning the room everyday. Overall great stay. Great location very close to Broadway St. Would def check out again on my next visit.

Hands down one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! 1 Hotel Nashville has such a beautiful, earthy and relaxing atmosphere, and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. I genuinely had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! The location is also perfect and within easy walking distance of the main strip, so we could enjoy Nashville without having to drive everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful, and they have a cute little shop in the lobby. The entire hotel just feels peaceful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. I loved everything about our stay and will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend!

We really liked the pool and the outside area on the roof. There were cabanas and high-end grills. Even though it was loud outside, our room was nice and quiet. We thought it was really rude that they make you pay for any early check-in requests. Our room was very nice, but it was missing quite a few things - TP, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and a pool towel.

Location for my conference was great. Staff for the most part were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable.
