Conveniently located and perfect for a quick, efficient overnight stay. The carpark was also very convenient, with direct access to the rooms. The room and bathroom were impressively clean. There was a bit of a musty smell when we first entered, but the air cleared as soon as we turned on the air conditioning. I especially appreciated that the bathroom didn't steam up after a shower! The bed was comfortable, though worth noting it’s two singles joined together (fine as long as you don't sleep right in the middle). The "kitchenette"was well-stocked with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and even tea/coffee/milk. Don’t expect a view, but for a late arrival and early departure, the key safe made everything seamless. Very reliable and tidy.

This place does not have an elevator if you check in after 5:30 and it is a one or two flights of stairs to get to the first and second floors. Bathroom clean and quite functional, bed and linen clean and ok. However, because of the noise outside the owners decided to soundproof the windows which means that they can not be opened. Ever. So the only ‘fresh air is via an aircon unit. This is a serious impediment for us. Corridors dark and dingy. So here is a good example that you get what you pay for - dated and very basic.
