Great property in a beautiful town far enough away from the city. Free parking was great and staff were all helpful and friendly. Place is very professionally run - this is a hidden gem ( hope it stays that way 😉) I’ll return next time I’m in the area - room was clean and comfortable and the extra pillows we requested were in the room when we arrived,

Great location and parking was easy! Rooms were clean and new but the beds were so soft that everyone woke up with a sore back. Also, the lack of carpet in the rooms made it very loud between floors when someone was walking above. Overall, a great stay, but a few things need to be addressed.

Well this hotel was quite a find, as was the town of Rockford. Wow, we had a great stay and the staff were amazingly helpful. The White Pine bike trail is about a block away. Beautiful trail. We only rode it about 26 miles, but what a gem to have in your town! Great hotel and we met friendly, happy people wherever we went.

For the price I expected hot water and cleaning service at least once in my three days there. I had to ask for more toilet paper. I had to run the water for at least five minutes on full hot to get warm water. It was very clean and the staff were wonderful.

The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was spot on. The only drawback was dirty laundry in the hall for our first day at the hotel. Additional hooks in the bathroom would be useful. We were very happy with this nice hotel.

This was one of the best hotel experiences that I have had in quite a while. The front desk check in was very nice. Payton seemed to enjoy her job and was extremely helpful. Easy and free parking. Clean and spacious rooms. A great bar/restaurant in the hotel. We will definitely return. A great addition to the town of Rockford!

Everything about our stay was 5 stars. From the moment we checked in with our concierge who was beyond helpful and outstanding, to the comfortable bedding and awesome bathrooms to the dining room and bar. We loved it all and will definitely come back again.

The staff were great. The place was modern and very clean. For being so new I expected a closet and an iron, which the room did not have. I made due. I also expected housekeeping for being there three nights. I saw nothing about no housekeeping. I saw a sign about reusing towels, which we did. On the last day I had to go down to request more toilet paper. The hot water is a problem. I love the green initiative but having to let the water run for 10 minutes to get warm water and have it on full hot the whole time to get warm water was a problem and negates the initiative to save water. It’s a clean hotel with wonderful staff. But for $150 a night I’d like hot water.
