The staff was professional and the lobby was clean and updated. However, they're doing renovations in the hallway leading to our room, so there was no carpet but a sticky pad that we had to walk on to and from the room. Also, there was a worker sanding the hallway floors outside our room.

There was long black hair in the shower. At midnight there was a woman stomping and being extremely loud outside our door, it woke us up. The food at old chicago was not good and highly over priced. The pillows were terrible on my bed. This is the 2nd crappy experience at this location.

This is a good hotel to stay at. The convenience of having Old Chicago connected was awesome! Our only complaint is the walls are paper thin so we heard every noise from the hallway and rooms next to us.
