Upon check in, we were told pool was closed. We had been at a ball tournament all day in the heat, almost 100 degrees and our kids were expecting a dip in the pool. The next morning, we went down for the hot breakfast only to find there was none. Front desk said kitchen was down , they were waiting for part. We chose this place for those two amenities. Had we been informed, we would have stayed elsewhere. I asked for a discount, but was told no. Won’t be back.

The room and bathroom were very clean, as expected. The breakfast area and breakfast were good, and although we arrived when it was almost closing time, the staff was patient and hospitable. Only one elevator was working when we arrived, but it also failed when we were ready to leave. It's hard for seniors to go down 3 flights with luggage. Working elevators are essential!
