Rooms were clean and that’s about it. The elevators sounded like it could fall at any moment and you could not access the first floor from either of the stairs due to construction. Pool was not open and wasn’t originally listed upon booking.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This property is under renovation so it will just be a place to sleep. No amenities are open at all. My room had not been vacuumed thoroughly. The staff was eating across the room when I walked in at 4, and took their time coming back over to the desk. They seemed to be very annoyed I was there. I had a dog with me, but there are no accessible stairs so I had to take her on the elevator. It’s fine with me, but I try and keep her away from people who might not enjoy dogs. Hard to do when you are trapped in a box. The pet fee is $25 per night, not per stay as the listing says. You also are charged a $100 deposit, so keep that in mind. There are much better, cleaner, and friendlier options if you need a pet friendly place to stay.

The hotel is getting a fresh update and it looks amazing. Our room was so spacious. Breakfast was great! Only complaint, they did not have pack and plays or baby cribs babies… so our infant had to sleep in bed with us. It was not ideal at all. And I’ve never heard of a hotel not having accommodations for a baby.
