Staff excellent.
Steam room out of service in the spa.
Room could have done with some tlc - eg crumbly walls around where curtain hooks and the tv cable have been put in.
TV in the room didn’t work.
No decaf tea bags so got charged £9.35 for two decafs in the sitting room.”

“Travelled with 2 puppies was worried about how things would be. Didn’t need to be worried as dog friendly rooms available & staff very accommodating.
Meals served all day & a good variety to choose from.
