The stay and experience was nice. The staff were very professional and friendly. But there were certain parts of the hotel that were clearly lacking attention and repair. For the money per night, the hotel could use a bit more tlc in the common areas, elevators and swimming facilities.

Simply fabulous. This hotel has everything you’re looking for in an escape from home. The properties amenities include a fitness center, spa, onsite wellness activities, scenic golf course, award winning restaurant, and beautiful wedding/event spaces. I especially love their service with a smile attitude. Deidre at the front desk was my primary contact during my stay, but everyone made me feel welcome.

Hotel and room were clean. The only problems was the small things . I ordered a small microwave to the room and they delivered it and dirty with dried stuff on the microwave table inside the bathroom. There was only two small packages for a shower cap and that was it only two small cups for a bedroom that holds four people it seems like they were tight on a budget.

The property and the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and professional. I didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunately. The two meals I had at the hotel were delicious and the wait staff were excellent.

The hotel was so dirty. Hot tub was scorching hot could not even put a foot in. Pool was very dirty. Floors in the hallways clearly hadn’t been vacuumed recently. Staff at the front desk were great and gave us a full refund but I would not recommend staying here it is not worth the price. The pictures posted on Expedia are not recent pictures from the hotel they are mostly pictures from the spa. We did go to the spa and it was a fully different experience. Very very clean, helpful staff, very relaxing and 10/10 would go again.

I rented one of the most expensive rooms - 2 floors. The first floor had not been mopped in days (weeks?). The person at the front desk addressed that. Multiple lights on the room did not work. The desk was n the wrong wall and teh desk lamp had no plug there. The downstairs was dusty. The gym was not clean at all. Every gym has paper towels and cleaning spray, b ut not this one. This is a nice property with potential, but they need to put much more attention into cleaning and maintenance. The restaurant was great = huge portions and very very tasty.

This was a nice hotel on pretty grounds. I still don’t know where that room is that’s used for their main photo on here, because that’s not the vibe of the hotel at all. It was fairly outdated inside, but nice enough. One major detractor for us was that the elevator chime was SO LOUD that you could clearly hear every single elevator ride coming and going at any hour. I’m glad this was only a one night stay for us. The staff was friendly, but it took them 30-40 minutes just to bring us a couple extra blankets, which I thought was strange.

Most staff were very friendly, just one front desk person was not too nice. Rooms a little musty but comfortable. Restaurant food was excellent. Room service was quick and delicious too. The Grab n Go was meh. I passed on that. Spa was only ok. Nothing spectacular about the services. My hot stone message should have been much better, it was more like a touch of stone. The facial was nice except that she wore latex gloves and that diminished my enjoyment of the facial. It felt weird, it smelled weird and it sounded weird. The spa itself was gorgeous, with breathtaking views. Not a great selection of teas and some of the guests were on their phones in the relaxation area which I find stressful when I'm trying to relax. So no real deal breakers here, I would stay again. But pass on the spa.
