The staff were very helpful, going above the call of duty.Breakfast was cooked well and according to ones taste. The shower was clean and good. Parking is off road and was easily available.On one occasion we had to park in paid parking just round the corner, which is plentiful. The building is well maintained. Communication was good

Excellent surroundings and a great place to stop over. The staff was wonderful and supportive. Overall, we were happy with the overall stay and the offered continental breakfast. Easy check in and out. Free overnight parking until 10 am in the morning and then paid parking if necessary.

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but it was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. There is no parking space at the hotel but there is a pay and display car park very close by. £6.60 which gives you up to 18 hours. Near Strood station, 5 minutes to Rochester.
