Great having a sitting room with small kitchen (and amenities) and a separate bedroom, each with a tv so if one person needed rest, the other could not interfere. Did not like the water pressure in the bathroom sink, very light. Shower had a weird setup.

Residence Inn South is our choice of hotels when my husband has his check-ups at Mayo. It is a quiet convenient location. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfasts are nice and the breakfast area. There is a walking trail near the hotel that is nice to use for walks and some exercise.
