Staff was helpful in didecting us to our Mayo appointments. Restaurants are walking distance, we left our car at the parking garage and did not use it at all. Pool and hot tub area were nice. This is a hotel with wonderful location. Beds are also very comfortable and rooms are quiet. We would come again.

Kahler Grand Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. Very convenient if you have appointments at Mayo. Also very close to great restaurants and shops. We loved the breakfast at Lord Essex Tavern and Grill which is located in the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!

After reading some prior reviews, I was nervous about our stay. However, guest services checked us in and made sure it was ok if we were in the same side as the plaza as there was music until 9pm and it may be a little loud. That wasn't a problem for us and the music wasn’t loud. Our bathroom was extremely clean. Our bed was comfy. The convince of being connected by ann elevator in the hotel to the Mayo subway was extremely helpful. (It took 5 minutes to go from our 9th floor room to the Gonda Building south side floor 2). We will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient parking ramp a few steps away from hotel. They gave us a room on same level we parked on which made things very easy for us. The hotel is a block away to Mayo Gonda building which was great! I will continue to stay at the Kahler Grand Hotel!!

Our stay was fantastic! Within walking distance in the skyway to the convention center where we needed to be, easy to find our way around, the pool was fun and we had a blast! Only issues were construction made parking difficult, longer waits for the pool elevator at busy times, and some of the older rooms struggled to maintain a cooler temperature. But overall, everything was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again next year for our dance comp weekend! Thank you!
