A very busy night - staff was non stop busy for sure. Tipped everyone I could. The hotel worked well for us for quick one night stay on a roadtrip with kids. Kids enjoyed the pool in the early morning - the night before was too busy. Morning breakfast had run out of most tasty items by 8am - so get there early. Only bad thing to report - my car was dinged in the parking lot by someone who didn't know how to park...I would skip this hotel on our next trip just for this reason.

We stayed here for two nights during our visit to Rochester. We were VERY impressed by the selection that they offered at the breakfast buffet. The hotel and room were very clean. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully return in the future.

The room was clean and well maintained. We couldn’t open the blind, It was missing the cord. We couldn’t use the pool, it was being treated but the jacuzzi was working. Overall good stay. The beds were too firm for our liking but we made it work. I loved the pancake machine and the coffee was delicious. Thank you for the experience. (;
