After a full day with the kids at the Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, it was so nice to arrive here and be warmly welcomed and have a comfortable place to lay our heads for the night. From the lovely young lady who welcomed us at evening reception to the daytime reception staff, everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. Even the cleaning staff we passed in the hallways were always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay such a pleasant one.

The staff was super friendly and helpful including front desk staff, room service staff and managers! Amazing breakfast included even after the cut off time, they were lenient about time. Great coffee! :) They let us check in early and check out late when we had an emergency. The place was close to a lot of shopping, food and the schools that made us visit (RIT, University of Rochester). I would highly recommend staying here and will stay there whenever I visit.

As soon we arrived, the check in was quick and professional. You can smell the fresh and clean of the lobby, but we realized that the cleanliness and fresher was actually in the whole hotel. We stayed 4 people in the room so we needed more towels, thought it will be an issue like others hotels that I stayed in the past, but no, when I asked about it , the manager who was at the reception at that moment help me giving me not only with the towels and pillows, she make sure that we feel comfortable. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Good place for stay , front staff extremely helpful. Heather at the front desk was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with our booking. By mistake, we had made our reservation for the wrong date and she fixed the error quickly. A big thanks to her . Breakfast had several choices , hot and cold . Pool was clean and accessible for seniors . Would recommend.

Great small hotel with excellent service and a surprisingly good breakfast! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that the bathtub drains in our original rooms were clogged. We mentioned it to the front desk, and the staff were incredibly accommodating—they immediately switched us to rooms with walk-in showers, which worked perfectly. Pro tip: If possible, request a room with a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. The complimentary breakfast (6:00–9:00 a.m.) exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of healthy options, including skim milk, low-fat yogurt, egg whites with spinach, regular eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, and waffles for the kids. Even the fried eggs were cooked really well. We were especially impressed by the variety of healthier choices, including reduced-fat and skim milk. They also offer gluten-free bagels upon request. One thing we really appreciated was that if the kids weren’t ready to eat during the breakfast hours, we were able to take breakfast to go. Coffee is also available to take with you, which was very convenient. Parking was easy, with a spacious outdoor lot and plenty of available spaces. Overall, we had a great stay. The friendly and responsive staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and convenient amenities made this hotel a great value.
