The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Great value for this property. Room and public area was clean and the person checking me in was very helpful. The filtered water machine on every floor was great as well. My only complaint was that I was leaving late in the afternoon to go to the airport, but had to check out of my room prior so had several hours to kill at the hotel; and they could not provide me a general key that allowed access to the pool or gym while I waited to go to the airport. Other than that, everything was great.
