We stayed in room 101 at the Econo Lodge April 16-19. The ice machine was not working. Staff said it had been down for a while & they didn’t know when it would be fixed. We had to get ice at the 7/11 across the street. The fan in the AC unit (which was on low) was so loud we couldn’t sleep & had to turn it off. The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak which had stained 2 large ceiling tiles & dripped onto a box of tissues. Neither the ceiling tiles nor the tissues had been replaced. On the plus side the room was clean, the bed comfortable, towels were ample & the TV worked. Our room faced the back and was quiet. Very good location with easy access to restaurants, shopping & Rochester and staff are all very pleasant & helpful. When I asked for an additional pillow the young man on overnight found me one right away. We have stayed here before and want to continue to do so but it’s important to us that the owners accept their responsibility to repair equipment & facilities promptly.

Kind of a no-frills place but perfectly adequate for a night's sleep on the road. Staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. Parking was easy all around the building. Our room was a bit shopworn but clean, with a good little microwave and a small fridge that needed defrosting. Wifi was quite good and the beds were very comfortable. Location was next door to a great eatery. Suburban environment not far from I-390.

The room was clean, but we encountered an issue of water coming into the bathroom through the ceiling. We were able to switch to a different room by very accomodating staff. They did the best they could with the accomodations but this building is just old and requires improvements via renovation.

Mostly clean, but the bathroom door had patched up holes and my toilet didn’t always flush. We got two bath towels for three people, I even asked the guy cleaning rooms to leave an extra towel since we had a room for three people and still only gave two. Dirt in corners and wrapper near bed from previous guest.
