The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The free breakfast was a very nice added feature. Hotel had a very positive vibe, with a board containing positive affirmations when you walked in that said, "take what you need!" I would definitely recommend and would stay again when in Rochester.

Always been very, very happy with our stay here. Staff is kind, considerate & the location welcoming & homey. Was disappointed this time in most of the hot breakfast portion (coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage gravy). Not sure if new staff but wasn’t prepared well, and these items tasted funny.

The staff was friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for the night and did not get to experience all that the hotel had to offer. The morning breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent selection for children. The area was lovely, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and will continue to do so. Best value in all of Rochester, seriously. It is clean/tidy, the staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful. The price is excellent and they offer one of the best breakfast selections in the area for that price point hotel. Mr. Pizza across the street is ALWAYS a do not miss stop.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Rochester. 4 times in the last 6 months alone, and many other stays over the years, and too, always multiple nights. Clean, convenient, helpful staff, and excellent breakfast for this price point hotel. I will say most all of the single rooms need mattress upgrades, they just have no support left in them (this most recent stay was #215). I don't seem to have this issue when I stay in the double rooms, so maybe the single rooms just haven't been distributed new ones. The availability of snow removal tools for use on my car before departing was much appreciated (heavy snowfall overnight).

I did not try the breakfast as my friends appointments were very early in the morning. All staff were wonderful to deal with, from checkin to checkout. The room was very clean, comfy bed and everything worked as it should. I would stay here agin. Great value and nice property and staff.
