Just a perfect place to base ourselves for 3 nights. Super comfortable beds, good size room and super helpful staff, The area is full of history and a short stroll to the shopping and dining district . Off street parking was a bonus as was the breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast was delightful, home-cooked, fresh and our host, Marena, could not have been sweeter.... she even made one for breakfast in bed for my wife! Gary was very helpful on arrival. Enjoyed the Honeyoe Room on the 3rd floor. Pretty neighborhood and walking distance to a whole variety of restaurants or bars.

I’ll start off and say I’m not a Bed and Breakfast guy! Location was great, parking was limited, room was clean comfortable and relaxing! Breakfast looked good, but didn’t partake! Coffee was french press only which turned out to be too much work so I skipped caffeine for the morning!

Excellent stay. Gary & Milena did a great job making me feel welcome. My only regret was that I only got to eat breakfast on one of the mornings. Not the fault of the owners, I just had to get out early. The one breakfast I did have though was excellent. Would stay again if in the area.

This is a very cute well run B & B in a great part of Rochester. It’s on a quiet residential street but it is near both Park and Monroe Ave where there are a lot of good restaurants.

Beautiful BnB

Dartmouth is a beautiful old home, gorgeously decorated and yet very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, great bathtub and comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding, as was the service and staff.

A cozy B&B in a historical city

The staff was very nice, and the food was good too. Guest rooms have ample space. That building is older than anyone else in this would, believe me since I asked, so you will know if other guests coming late. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed one night. When we arrived, we already received an instruction in messsge on how to access the property. Everything was smooth. The room is clean and comfortable, and the area is quiet and welcoming. The owner provided a very nice French style breakfast. Overall, my stay was very satisfied.
