Room still had trash under nightstand from previous guest. Stained blankets and lamp shades. But the bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean but something needs to be done about the slickness of the tiles above the entry steps. 4 kids slipped and fell getting into the pool. They were not running just merely stepping into the pool. Breakfast was good what you would expect out of a continental breakfast. Staff was friendly Overall we got what we expected out of a 2 star hotel. Would stay again if needed.

The best part was the breakfast, which had some type of hot eggs, breakfast meat and waffles each day along with staples like toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would not have stayed here if I had realized it was pet friendly. We found dog food in the middle of the floor of our room and the carpet had dog hair throughout. Random hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The furniture was pretty beat. The mattresses were incredibly hard. The mattress on the pull out couch was incredibly thin and you could feel every spring. We had to request sheets and the mattress protector was covered in grass and mulch. We had to put down a $50 refundable deposit on the room to cover any potential damages. However, it seemed to be in a safe area and the rates were very reasonable.

My only complaint is that the furnishings look a bit worn and old fashioned -- but overall, I liked the property and I would stay there again. I felt safe at all times, staff was respectful and helpful, good wi-fi, nice indoor pool, free breakfast with many choices, convenient parking. My room and the common areas were very clean. Location is convenient to expressway and East Henrietta Road, West Henrietta Road and Jefferson Road, where there are many stores and restaurants.
