Nice hotel overall. Have stayed here a few times. Front desk staff (different staff members)does not acknowledge you when you pass them at the desk. Several times went by and they were on their phone. Cleaning staff and breakfast crew did a great job. When a person approaches they should acknowledge them, smile, greet them.

Outside entrance was littered with cigarette butts. Staff was not friendly….they didn’t even speak when we were coming and going. Our room was spacious but the floors had not been vacuumed. There was lint on the desk. The faucet handle kept falling off.
