Great Shuttle Service and close to Mayo Clinic. Continental breakfast was great. Our room was nice and quiet, rooms could use some updating. We did not have a good experience with Twigs Tavern restaurant. Poor service and food was not that great.

Not sure what the rooms in the main hotel are like but the extended stay rooms are comparable to cheap, outdated motel rooms. Would not recommend.

This was our second stay over the past year and we will be back in six months. The hotel is always clean, the linens are clean, but unscented detergent used… This is a real plus if you have allergies like I do! Friendly and responsive staff. Good breakfast. The shuttle service between the hotel and Mayo (or grocery store, etc.) is excellent. They have two buses that are running constantly with friendly and helpful drivers. It’s an older building but well maintained and after having tried other places, we will always come back here.
