This is the second stay at Centerstone and everything was the same as the first stay...excellent. It's always clean, nice soft beds and competent staff. The shuttle to Mayo makes our stay less stressful because we don't have to deal with the construction!!!

The staff was very helpful. The lobby was beautiful, and the restaurant next door was, too. However, the rooms are dated and look worn out. I always like staying here when I have to come to Rochester/Mayo for appointments. The customer service has always been great. The breakfast has been great and the rest of the amenities are great for what I need. They have a courtesy van that can take you to your appointment and some other places. They also have an excellent restaurant right in the hotel.
