Very friendly at check in and check out. Amazing pool and slide for the kids. You could easily hear guests in the hallways and upstairs but thats pretty typical for any hotel where 100+ kids (wrestling tournament) are staying. Breakfast was delicious. Had the family suite and was surprised to find it had a half bath, a kitchenette and living room besides the 2 queen beds and full bath in a separate room for a great price! Also, right off the pool. The pool was great! Really nice for families with all age levels as there is a kiddie pool with a little slide and the big pool with big slide AND a hot tub for my oldest child (aka the hubby). Breakfast wasn’t great but there were a lot of people and it’s hard to keep up being that busy. The staff was wonderful! Will stay there again!

The staff was very nice. The rooms were spacious. The indoor waterpark looked fun, but it made every inch of the hotel very humid and smell like a chlorine bomb went off. I’m really sensitive to chlorine/bleach smells, so it was challenging to be in my room.
