The room was very clean with exceptional extras. The only thing missing was milk for the coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food in the breakfast area and restaurant were excellent. The hotel was very nice, however our meal at the hotel dinning room was subpar. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. Someone forgot our order and we waited over two hours for our dinner to arrive. We saw people seated after us get meals and no one came to explain or apologize. Once the food arrived it was bland and cold.

The hotel staff was great and very helpful. We ate a the hotel restaurant. The food was amazing however the service was always the greatest. We ordered the surprise meal and we were suppose to receive deferent beverages trough out the meal. When we ordered this is what the waitress had explained. We did not receive anything drink to start off the evening or even asked if we wanted something, then the first course came and went, nothing to drink. We asked if we can get some water and that hadn't even arrived yet. are second course came and they did not bring anything so at this point we asked if there was any wine coming with this course, they said yes its on its way. we also asked them again for water. We received the water then when we were finishing the course glass of white wine arrived. After this they didn't wat to bring are next meals because we weren't done or white wine and the next course came with red. Once the next course arrived we received are red wine with it however we were never offered a second glass once we finished that glass. after that things went alright. for a 4 star hotel with apparently a great restaurant we expected a lot better service.

Les chambres sont belles et agréables, mais les parties communes manquent d’entretien et de rénovation, c’est abîmé et pas au niveau (couloir) Quand au reste quel dommage, une vision sur des tables de jardin usée avec des cendriers, une cour végétalisee peu entretenue. Du mobilier de piscine GiFi, ça dénote sérieusement dans un établissement qui se veut 4 étoiles. ⭐️ et à 140 € la nuit et dans un cadre superbe.
