“Bit older but comfortable staff helpful”

“We were not familiar with the area and wanted to be central to our family that live in Brisbane Logan area. This hotel ticked all our boxes. Room was clean and very big and accommodating for my family of three. Easy check in process, the staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. We used the underground car parking which was very convenient to access and to get our luggage bags upto the room. “It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful. Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day. No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi. Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I liked the electric blockout blind. Parking was very expensive at $40 for a suburban location. Not well soundproofed as I could hear our neighbours plus traffic. The bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy and the door dragged on the tiles.”
