“Delightful cabin stay. Easy booking. Clear communication including a very detailed instruction given our late check-in (nice additional touch leaving a lamp on in the cabin to help our arrival). Excellent fit and finish throughout including the separate toilet and shower block. Convenient Spar opposite and a lovely walk to Par beach via the local coffee shop. Had the opportunity to meet the owner on check-out who was also lovely. Highly recommended”

“Very happy to have off street parking. Bus stop just outside property so chose to do bus trip to Padstow - this bus goes to Bodmin Parkway should you choose to travel by train to Bodmin. Nice and spacious to spread ourselves out. A few great pubs and main High St walking distance. Would stay again.”

“Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. Make sure you bring some milk/water with you, if your after a tea/coffee after that long drive down, think that was the only thing missing would be a...

“The property was lovely, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, showers worked well. Kitchen was clean and plenty of utensils. Only 2 tea bags and small amount of coffee in a jar that had been used previously. And opened used bag of sugar so wasn't too happy about that. We bought our own cleaning stuff as we were there for 4 nights, although there was cleaning stuff left for us. Ive stayed in some places and they've left better supplies of tea etc and even water bottles. Other then that...

“The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

“I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night.
