Checked in, was given a key to a dirty room. Went back up front, staff sighed loudly because we said our room was dirty. We reserved a king suite. After 10 mins she put us in a different room with double beds. I’m 36 weeks pregnant, and sleeping in bed with my husband was not that comfortable. Room was 80 degrees when we got in there. Shower walls were filthy, had hair still on them. Towels had hair on them. The floors were not clean. We will not be returning, this place was not worth what we spent to stay.
