“It was a disaster, definitely not what I expected. Firstly there was no warm water, A/c was not working and I went and found an empty bottle and cigarette butt on the floor in my room. How can you have a hotel with no iron, microwave or refrigerator???? Honestly the only good thing you guys have at the hotel is the receptionist. I’m never coming back!!!!!”
