Had a wonderful vacation at the Mayan Princess. The room was super nice and the food was pretty good for buffet all inclusive. 13 days and didn't really get tired of the menu. The beach was very clean but very busy as expected. The reef was awesome with hours of snorkeling new areas. The one complaint about West Bay is that all the water taxis, dive boats, and tour boats were constantly driving around and many were 2-stroke outboards to the smell of gas and exhaust was sometimes pretty bad.

Mayan Princess is a fabulous resort!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The property is so lush, beautiful and well kept. House keeping dirs a fabulous job. The beach is gorgeous and never felt i was crowded. The food delicious and always found more than enough to eat. Drinks were exceptional.
