I like the price of the property. It had everything we need: bottled water, towels, swimming pool, breakfasts, fridge, coffee machine with coffee. It was pretty close to walk to any spot in West Bay. The beach was close too. Beach chairs were available.

Location is excellent. Staff were kind and helpful. We had some delays getting in and they helped coordinate pick up for my son who arrived without us. Breakfast every day was excellent. Several options to choose from, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good. Clean. AC works well. Pool is shared with hotel next door. Parking can be tight but worked out every day. Short walk to beach. Staff can help arrange tours as well. I think its a great value for location. Small courtyard also had good places to eat lunch and we ate several times over our week stay. Would book again!

La Placita is great. You have to walk a short distance for the pool and the beach, but that was ok with us. Edward who works in the restaurant was there from our previous visit and he is great! Many of the staff were still there from our previous visit! They are all so friendly! We will be back!

We came through the shuttle service they offer, they picked us up along with another party in a close flight. We had a king size room near the entrance, it was very clean and the showers were walk in nice. It was very spacious and the staff was excellent, they helped in every way. Breakfast is open at 7:40 and the stores and restaurants around about 10am so plan ahead. Overall amazing stay will come back

The breakfast was delicious with great variety and fresh options every morning The location is perfect: many restaurants and shops are super close, and the beach is just a short walk away. Overall we really liked it there. We stayed in the Junior Suite overlooking the plaza and had a nice balcony. The walls in the bathroom were noticeably dirty and had drips down them and need a good cleaning. Everything else was clean, that part was just noticeable as where the toilet is you really see the walls close to you. The staff were all really nice.
