An amazing view with an unbelievable room. Truly worth the visit as it was the most relaxing vacation spot Ive stayed at. The food served at the bar is really delicious and the hosts/servers/bartenders are very kind and welcoming!

The Blue Roatan is an amazing experience. The hotel is quiet and serene, surrounded by a jungle and gardens, with shared lounges, decks and pools. The resort is walkable to the busy beaches if that's what you are looking for. The Blue Roatan Beach club serves delicious drinks and food, and has a beautiful pool and beach area. The staff are awesome and happy to help with anything, such as a tuc tuc, or exursions. There are great restaurants that are easily walkable or water taxi to West Bay or West End. I can ot wait to go back.

Manager was very nice, the AC on the original room didn’t work and he changed us to a nicer room after complaining twice. The Nature View room did not have a balcony, as shown in the pictures. It was a very small room. However the second room we were given was very nice with a lot of space and ocean views and a lot more comfortable. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The Beach Club was also very nice although a little far from the rooms. The hotel restaurant Azul disappointed us, we had been there a couple years back and it used to be a lot better. We also had some issues while coordinating the transportation to and from the airport. Don’t expect 5-star quality amenities like extra towels or room service. Location is good, the beach is not that nice but you are just a quick water taxi ride to West Bay or West End. The good thing is that this beach is not as crowded. It is surrounded by other boutique hotels and some of the nicer restaurants in the island. Overall it is a nice and quiet hotel but only worth it if you get one of the larger rooms.

Crisp clean rooms. Gorgeous pool. Quiet. Both restaurants have wonderful food and service. Not really near anything else which is good and bad. A quick drive to the crazy you sort infrastructure but nestled in the jungle.

We had the best time. The room was large spacious and very comfortable. The shower was huge! Every morning and evening the Scarlett Macaws would fly around. The hotel is up on the hill with the beach club about a 1/4 mile below. They provide transportation to and from and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location was conveniently located between West Bay and West End. We walked to both. The walk to West end was a bit of an adventure but very doable. I have recommended Blue Roatan to my friends and family and I do the same for you.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There is no hot water and the wifi does not work. Managemt are lackadaisical and do not really care. I believe this property is for sale, so its barely on life support.
