The staff at Arca were wonderful and so attentive. The property is beautiful, it gives a vibe of jungle retreat with ocean views. The rooms are clean and modern with sliding doors for an indoor/outdoor experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. The bartenders Jose and Ezra are the best in West Bay. If you are traveling to Roatan anytime soon and you are looking for a modern boutique hotel Arca would definitely be the perfect place to stay right on the beach and in walking distance of food, activities and shopping.

Oh dear... where to even start? This was (by far) the most enjoyable stay we've ever had, Anywhere. From the listing photos, which nearly do the property justice; to the personal communications, accomodation of our arrival schedule, seamless working with Arca providers and our own personal choices, to the SUPER friendly, polite, professional, and personable staff.. to the Ahari's dining choices and variety, to the beachfront just outside of our room, the quiet days on the private beach area, the walkable eateries and gift shops, private security 24/7. I can't pick a single thing that was best. If pressed, I'd say the hard working people there had to be it. Thank you Audi, Luis, Ezra, Gabriella, Chef Kevin and all of your support staff. We will see you again here soon <3

My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary! When I say this place is a gem! I highly suggest. The rooms are kept really clean daily, the food is good and it’s plenty other food options close! The beach is spectacular! The staff is top tier! Everything you need you can get, this place is no short of amazing! Don’t hesitate to go to this place, it’s a must without a doubt! We will be back for sure!

We loved the Arca, it was beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the beginning, we had scheduled a shuttle from the airport which was waiting with cold water and beer! We were welcomed by the receptionist Anna and a beautiful young lady who with long brown/black braids and the best smile! She even fixed my phone for me! 😆..the only downside for us was the menu there was a bit limited and drinks at the bar expensive. But many alternatives nearby. The bartenders and wait staff were all amazing helping us at every turn to plan our day etc! Highly recommend!

Excellent place for couples or people that want to stay away from the crowds and kids. Never have to worry about beach chair availability. Located right in the middle of west bay 5 minute walk to incredible snorkeling. Food and bar options at Arca are second to none. The upstair luxury rooms are super worth it. Security 24/7 never felt unsafe. Its truly the best adults only resort at west bay.
