Incredibly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Common room was a perfect place to hang out and chill. The baths were clean and enjoyable. Only complaint is the capsules get a bit hot at night even with the fan.

The room is bigger than some other comparative hotels. However, the housekeeping quality can be better. The front desk informed that eco-cleaning is done for the 1st 3 nights, with the 4th night being the full clean. The eco-clean wasnt the best so I'm quite disappointed in this aspect. The lobby has the lounge area and it's usually filled with other guests congregating and drinking together.
Location wise, it's located at Ginza but it takes a bit of a walk (7-10mins) to the nearest train station. Hence do consider this especially when transporting to and from the airport.
