Easy to get to, clean and convenient. No A/C in the rooms and nothing we could do. The day we checked in was 30 degrees C. A window broke and the manager would not respond to us. Helpdesk calls went to the UK and Ireland, when hotel was in Denmark. Carl in Ireland did his best to help us but he had limited options. We were on the second floor, tried to get moved to the first floor and the manager directed Carl to move us to another room on the second floor. Vending machine took my husband's money.

simply bad

I booked two rooms (#2 & #27). In the first room the toilet flush was running all the time, in the second room, the bathroom door wouldn´t close because it was installed incorrectly!!!! In summary, a newly built hotel to forget about, zero points!!!!!

Das Zimmer war sauber, Personal und Empfang gibt es nicht, alles läuft über Code. Frühstück oder Essen gegenüber bei McDonald und genügend Ladestationen vor dem Haus. Sonst ist nichts weit und breit. Im Haus nur Automat für Süßigkeiten und Chips, keine Kaffeemaschine. Auf dem Zimmer nur Bett, Fernseher und Handtücher, Seife. Kein Wasserkocher oder sonstiges. Gutes sauberes Zimmer zum Übernachten - aber sonst nichts. In Anbetracht der Nähe zur Autobahn relativ laut, aber gute Anbindung. Unkomplizierte Zimmerbelegung durch Bildschirmkorrespondenz in der Lobby. somit als Reise-Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet.

Der var desværre ikke gjort rent på værelset da vi skulle tjekke ind kl 14. Jeg fik at vide på sms at der var flere værelser Der heller ikke var gjort rent, men det kunne jeg ikke bruge til noget. Meget træls da vi skulle bruge værelset til hurtig bad og omklædning . Vi kom så for sent til Sølvbryllup 😪

Pænt og rent værelse og der var det der skulle være. Vi havde problemer med at bruge tv’et og fandt aldrig ud af hvordan det virkede. Her kunne det være godt med noget info. Sengene var vildt bløde, det var ubehageligt at ligge i.

Fint næsten ny hotel. Der er ingen reception, du får tilsendt en kode til værelset. Værelse 1-9 er i stueetagen. Er ren er på 1 sal. Der er ingen elevator.

Vi ikke det værelse vi havde bestilt, vi prøvede at kontakte på akut tlf. fra kl. 15 vi ble sat på at vente.Ingen hjælp til trods vi blev ved. Da kl. blev 16 fik vi besked på at vi havde ringet efter kontoret åbningstid men tryk 9 ville vi blive omstillet vagten, men vii kunne lægge en besked så ville man kontakte os, det var også negativt . Intet virkede heller ikke det nye TV, der var meget varmt om natten 30 gr. Det var ikke hotellets skyld, men der ingen mulighed for at åbne noget vindue, alt i alt meget ringe.👎👎👎

Fick inte koden till mitt rum och då hotellets telefon inte är öppen på helger behövde jag ringa och prata med Hotels i nästan 40 min. Blev kopplad till någon i USA för att få hjälp och behövde då tala engelska. För att komma upp till våningen där mitt rum låg skulle man gå upp för en trappa högljudd trappa i stål. Trots nybyggt hotell fanns nästan ingen ljudisolering. Stod också att det skulle finnas en varuautomat, men den var stängd.

Konceptet er fint, men det var ikke skrevet at lounge incl selvbetjenings området var lukket. Der var løs vandhane, sorte hår i sengen, næsten intet wifi og ustyrligt varmt om aftenen, selvom vi havde skruet helt ned. Ikke muligt at Chromecast på smart TV eller tilgå Netflix eller Alm. Kanaler.
