Very conveniently located as it is just a 2 minute walk from the metro station. The room was very clean and spacious. I asked the staff if they could help with booking an excursion but they seemed totally baffled and made no attempt to help which was really disappointing. I also asked some other questions about restaurants I could visit nearby but they didn’t seem interested in helping me. They also barely smiled whilst speaking with them. Overall the hotel was nice but the staff really need some customer service training.

It is the worst hotel ever. As long as I have already paid, staff requested me additional payment. Of course I already have got recipient for the completely payment. And then I really hate cigarettes, but he gave me smoking room for me.

The location of the Hitel at main highway street and there is a lot of work construction around you can’t sleep or do any work at all . Don’t waste your time or your money at this location

Good hotel with less comfort at this stage

Hotel is basic but fine in general. Clean and good location. The only major reason that effects the comfort of stay is the construction site that is just next to the hotel which is a site that works on 24 hours basis and uses hummer and loud equipment starting at 7 am. it was extremely hard to handle it.

Rate is too expensive for this type of a hotel. Main entrance in the back is terrible. Staff could use more English skill. No bathrobe provided despite of my daily request. Electrical was not planned in the layout of the room - not good when you use the iron and iron board.

Too noisy, doors banging all night, hotel staff making LOTS of noise as they walked past my room all night doing various jobs and then laughed when I asked them to be quiet. Overall, disappointing and would not stay again.

Needs improvement

Overall it was OK. So much noise due to some civil work taking place near the facility. I needed to tell the reception every time I needed housekeeping. I also forgot to take an invoice for my stay and I have been trying to contact them for the last couple of days on their email and landlines without luck

Good but could be better

I enjoyed staying in this hotel most part but few things needs to improve. My air conditioner had one level and engineer couldn’t fix it. The floor alarms went off two nights in a row because someone was smoking disturbing my sleep and staff didn’t do a nothing about it. I wanted an ironing board and waited for over an hour. But the positives were the hotel breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.
