The property is solid and staff is wonderful. It is on the edge of KAFD and can be challenging to get in and out of this while construction continues as at a rapid pace.

Pros: I was there on a Business trip. Overall experience is good. Clean hotel. My Room was specious. Buffet food very good especially Lunch. Friendly Staff, smooth fast check in & out. Accepted my request for late checkout. Cons: Little bit over priced Lobby and Corridors overly scented - I dont mind little bit of a nice aroma but this was overwhelming. Hotel WiFi was unsecured (access without password), which caused a concern and couldn't use it much. Thank you, I think I'd visit again.

Very very noisy room, from the metro construction, The receptionists are aware about it, and still offering these rooms which are facing the construction, i reach my room at 2.30am, didnt manage to sleep for one minute. had to be for my business meeting at 8am. they ruined my day.

Comfortable for short business stay

Hotel was relatively new. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Daily buffet breakfast had wide variety including made to order egg station. Nothing nearby in walking distance but short drive to restaurants, malls and hospital. Too hot to walk outside far anyways.

The hotel is NOT CLEAN. It used to be.. but not anymore. I told the housekeeper specifically to clean the bathroom and showed him the dirt.. yet when I came back it was still dirty!!! There was a shampoo stain for two days on the shower floor that means they do not even wash the bathroom .. I booked non-smoking room but the room smelled like someone been smoking here forever. The curtains and the closet are super dusty I keep on asking for a new key card cause every time the card will not open my room.

Shame about the smoking room but gym outstanding

The room, staff and service was all fantastic. My only complaint would be that I had to stay in a smoking room which I dislike, did have a lingering smell and effects my breathing and sleep quality. That was the only tarnish on my trip. The gym was phenomenal though. Unbelievable range of equipment which was quality and high standard

The property is in a good location with very nice large rooms. The breakfast buffet is pretty good for riyadh standards and the gym is excellent. The negatives for me are the noise from outside which is ridiculously loud and constant. I couldnt tell if it was machinery or traffic bit i still couldnt sleep with earplugs in as i could hear so kuch noise. The dinner buffet is very bland, overcooked and expensive for what you get.
