disrespectful staff and very bad service. We arrived at midnight to the hotel to discover that our reservations (4 rooms) have been cancelled because they had too many demands. They prioritise the ones booked though them directly rather than those booked by Expedia. No explanation, no solution offered, even though they found our reservations, they just said that the hotel is overbooked. We had too find another hotel in Riyadh in the middle of the night

I was very disappointed as I spend a fortune of 10 days, housekeeping was never done on time. There was no shower gel, I requested on multiple occasions, broken towel rail, broken shower gel bottle handles, you would have to repeat a single request multiple times. There was an error in my last bill, they added laundry twice for me, there wasn’t any record to collect data, i hd to wait for an hour on reception to resolve the issu on their behalf. I keep requesting as i was running late for flight. Breakfast served was cold

The breakfast quality is below average in terms of the food items they use, from cheese, to vegetables and the worst by far is the bread. I honestly don’t know if you can call it bread.
