I have stayed here a few times. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Every bit as nice as the local Holiday Inn. A couple things to consider: the toilet/shower area is small. The lobby closes at 11:00 pm.

We arrived late in the evening, tired from a very long drive, so it was refreshing to be greeted by such a friendly and thoughtful human. She was genuine and for some reason that made me feel instantly better. Having already stayed in different hotels for the past four nights, it was nice to have a conversation with a receptionist versus getting my room key tossed to me while the receptionist scrolled through Instagram on their phone. The room was very nice and very clean. There was a super comfortable chair in the room that I literally could have fallen asleep in but wouldn't need to because the bed was also comfortable. There were even premium cable channels like HBO (ahhh no commercials) 😃 Overall great place to stay and will stay again if ever in the area.
