When I arrived the room was not clean as expected, however, Yanush quickly gave us another room that met the expectations. He was GREAT! I couldn't use on-site laundry facility because another customer had their laundry in the washing machine for hours (there were 2 washers and 2 dryers). Customer service was EXCELLENT! Overall, our stay was just ok.

I got this hotel as a last option to Coachella ( it was along drive ) and I was surprised by it as it was clean and spacious it has a lot of restaurants close by and I had no issues during my stay

Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved that there was a small kitchenette in the room. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. Everything was great in the room. I did have a complaint. Housekeeping walked in my room without knocking or announcing herself. I was naked and this stranger invaded my privacy. I also had the DND hanging on the doorI was scared so bad from this that it triggered my anxiety. I couldn't even sleep well that night.
