Vacations Close To Riverfront Park

Check-in was fast, and the staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable, and overall, you get what you would expect when booking a three-star hotel—it’s a three-star hotel, so don’t expect anything fancy or exceptional. The hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool. When housekeeping comes to straighten up the room, they only take out the trash and replace the towels; they do not make the bed. The one thing I didn’t like was the musty smell in the room. The breakfast was continental, so there wasn’t a huge selection, but what they had was good. Overall, it was a decent stay for a three-star hotel, with friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Just keep your expectations realistic.

Very clean hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to Hershey Park. Breakfast was very good, multiple waffle makers and plenty of room to sit, relax and enjoy your meal.

Very nice breakfast which was out at 6 a.m. - earlier than expected! A nice comfortable stay.

Noises in the corridor

Zero maintenance the windows are falling out of the rooms the elevator was out of service the door to the pool was stuck shut and the solution was a closed sign the curtains didn't close because the hardware was laying on the air conditioner. Worst stay ever.

The only negative I have is that the toilet paper holder is in a very inconvenient place in the bathroom. The hotel needs to have some additional updates.
