“We checked in easily and when we opened the door to our room there was a very strong musty odour. The room wasn’t dirty but because of the smell it felt old tired and dirty.
We did notice at first that there was a huge wet spot in the corner of the room but they had just experienced a massive storm so we thought perhaps that was the cause. In hindsight we should have asked for a new room because the spot grew to soak the rug and almost the entire one side of the bed.
