Villas en Rivanazzano Terme

“Loved this small hotel tucked into a hillside with gorgeous views. Dinner fantastic with attentive staff. Not a large menu. Just a few first and second course dishes prepared just for that night. At the chef’s suggestion we shared plates of all of them. The pool has great views and drinks. The hilltown Fortunago is on the list of Italy’s best preserved and carefully maintained. Town so tiny nothing to do but enjoy the perfection of place. No tourist shops in sight. A true get-away. Excellent...

“The owners were charming and very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist lacked customer service skills. She was not particularly friendly and said nothing to us on checkout, like “have a nice trip” or “we hope you enjoyed your stay.” That was our only disappointment. The dinner was fabulous and the kitchen staff were very responsive.”

“this castello (castle) is a gem of a special place and time. visit www.castellobeccaria.it for more information of the astounding history - a place where Giovanni de'Medici who became pope Leo X in 1513 - 1521 was staying as well. Giovanna and Silvio the owners will happily show and tell you all about it. Silvio - 3rd generation owner - and his wonderful wife Giovanna are working hard to restore the castle to its former beauty and incorporate beautiful guest rooms with modern amenities....
