“When Anders greeted us he was lovely and very helpful. We particularly loved the fresh pastries set out for the guests, as well as access to the hot chocolate/coffee/tea machine. And the most exciting amenity was the drying rack (heated cabinet) that really came in handy for our wet shoes. And can’t forget that the water pressure in the shower was wonderful, especially after long drives and hikes.”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Just getting to the hotel (over a narrow mountain road) was an adventure in itself, but it was well worth it. The fisherman's cabin was cozy and comfortable, with all amenities included. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a lovely little restaurant which served both traditional Norwegian dishes (such as fish and reindeer) but also some very good vegan dishes (which was quite an unexpected surprise).
